Lord bless our week. Help remind us that there is power in language and word choices. How we describe an event and the story we tell ourselves about it becomes the reality we experience.
Take the time to align intention to words and not speak too quickly. Speaking without intention can sometimes keep us in a dangerous loop of negative self-talk, showing no kindness to ourselves or others, and holding us prisoner to our negativity.
The words and language you use, shapes the experience you have.
